Testing testing testing...

I'm trying on various templates... eb inspired me. Unfortunately, anything beyond basic HTML is beyond my current web mastering skills. But, if you want me to bring a web server online and make it scream bloody fast - I can do that for you. But write java or javascript code? Forget it.

I'm looking for something that spans across the browser window, kind of like the template I currently use for this blog - which seems not to be the default out there. I'm looking for something with code I can manipulate a bit (I can hack; I can't roll my own - yet). What am I finding?

Too dark. Too funky. Too wierd. Too small. Too big.

Well, I found one template's layout that I like (check out my "test blog"), but I don't like the graphics - artsy flowers. I have nothing against flowers - I just don't want these flowers on what will be my template.

So I guess I have to make my own graphics. And, I'm even worse at doing computer graphics. Photoshop just baffles me.

Why does this have to be so hard??? Anyone have any good ideas??? Pleeeeeze??!?
