It is Friday, right????

In a parallel universe, that is to say, in my parallel universe, today would be Friday. I woke up this morning totally convince that today is Friday and I was making plans. Hmmmm, I thought - the Livermore Scottish Highland Games would start tomorrow (Saturday), and we should bring a picnic lunch to enjoy while we watch the games. Oh, and the weather should be cooler, too, since they said it would be much milder for the weekend.

Imagine my surprise when I was informed that it is Wednesday and I have three more days of work to do before the fun begins.

Oh, poo.
