Where Does My Brother Find These?

Received this picture in email from my brother yesterday. Where the heck does he find these? How come I don't have this picture in my stash? This is you-know-who, around 4 or 5 years old.

Better watch out! She looks pretty shifty! How 'bout that dress? Eeeuuuw! But it looks fresh ironed. My mom did a lot of ironing while I was growing up. My clothes and my dad's clothes and her dresses. A LOT of ironing. I'll bet she was glad when perma-press came out and polyester, too.
