Stuff Happens

My, my, my... It has been a harrowing few weeks. Still going on, too.

Kandy is flying out to Ohio this afternoon - her sister went in for an emergency appendectomy after her appendix burst - at least 2 days prior to surgery! Kandy's mom doesn't drive (never has), and she's taking care of Kathy's boys all alone.

I get to play single parent for 10 days! Hoo-ray for me. I'm taking off from work today through Friday, and then just working half-days all next week. I like that. I haven't single-parented since they were toddlers. Not sure if this will be easier, or harder. I think harder. I'm gonna miss Kandy!

So, maybe I'll have more time to post my opinions and pictures while play single-mom. Not necessarily in that order.
