Break Out the Grill!

Don't know about you folks, but we are breaking out the grill, inviting neighbors and friends over for some ribs and and cheer on the Fourth of July. Katie has been cleaning the fountain for that lovely background waterfall noise, Kandy has been spiffing up our blank walls with pictures and I have been going over recipes and ingredients. Megan is cheering everyone on (when she's not screeming and running away from wee spiders). Heh.

Wooooo-heeeeee! It's PARTY TIME!

About a week and a half ago we were over at Caryne and George's house whereby George out-did him self with some baby-back ribs - and he told me how to do them - so it's my turn to return the flavor. Yummmmm. I'm excited.

Hey T, can you bring us some potato salad?

What I like about doing ribs is that you do not really need to tend to them all that much. They just kind of cook themselves, with only a little bit of effort. Then the cook gets to take all the credit. Just ask my Big Brother, Grill King Extraordinairre. Got ten minutes?
He'll bend your ear with stories of grilling anything from corn to salmon. Unfortunately, Big Brother won't be here. Maybe next year.

So, what better way to enjoy the Fourth - eat, drink and be merry!
